What's included in the advertised price?

All our day tours include National Park fees, Park admissions, museum and gallery admissions. Lunch is always included on our tours and we always finish our day with a complimentary refreshing sundowner.
Drinking water, sunscreen and on board complimentary amenities are available for our guests. If there are any extra optional activities offered at the guests expense you will be notified prior to your trip.

Most of our day tours are full day experiences, we prefer to start our day early and get back to Perth in time for dinner. Private or custom tours vary depending on your group’s requirements.

We keep our group tours small, comfortable and boutique. When joining a group day tour we have a 5 guest maximum. Private tours and custom tours can cater for up to 7 passengers. If you prefer more comfort and space our vehicles luxuriously seat 5.
If your group is ‘smaller sized’ or you consist of 5 Adults and 2 smaller children we can accommodate 7 passengers.

Your guide will be Cara. On the rare occasion that Cara is unavailable, you’ll still be in excellent hands. Her experienced, tourism-focused family is always ready to step in and ensure your tour runs seamlessly.

Yes, we welcome all age groups. Our tours have no boundaries or age restrictions. Children under the age of 8 are welcome on our private, custom or family friendly tours.

Yes, Our tours are family friendly and a great way for children to see the world beyond the classroom. Our day tours are suitable for children over the age of 8 accompanied by an adult. For families with children under 8 please consider booking a private or custom tour. Under 8 year olds will require their own child seats.

We politely ask passengers to keep their luggage to a minimum. Our vehicles carry many complimentary supplies such as – water, sunscreen, insect repellent, hand sanitiser, first aid kits, umbrellas. If you are stuck for luggage or suitcase storage options please contact me in advance for assistance

We always recommend a sunhat and shoes that you can comfortably walk in. The ground can be a combination of rocky or hard, soft and sandy, dusty and sometimes wet in the winter. Make sure to bring a camera or phone, our vehicles offer USB charging points. If your tour requires anything else specific you will be notified prior to your trip.

Full refund if customer cancels or date changes offered (pending availability) up to 5 days before departure. 50% refund if customer cancels or date changes offered (pending availability) up to 48 hours before departure. Less than 48 hours before departure, no refund if customer cancels or no shows – however we still offer date changes or rescheduling pending availability. On the rare occasion take you there tours needs to cancel a tour you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule. We have many friends within the travel industry so we can also try and organise an alternative tour with another reputable company if your schedule isn’t flexible.

We offer daily pick up and return to the Bell Tower Barrack Square near Elizabeth Quay. Perth CBD Hotel pick-up and drop offs can be organised. Private tours are able to arrange pick up Perth wide.

Yes, our vehicles have both heating and aircon in the front and rear. Passengers in the back seats have their own remote control for comfort.

We can accommodate wheelchair accessible tours or clients with mobility walkers or sticks on our private or custom tours, please contact Cara directly to arrange the details. Our tour destinations are wheelchair friendly and we can adjust or accommodate our itinerary as needed. To join our group day tours passengers need to be mobile unassisted.

We avoid canceling tours on clients and try our upmost to keep all bookings active. Tours will only be canceled in cases of bad weather if it’s deemed unsafe to carry out our journey. In this circumstance you will be offered a reschedule or a refund. In some cases where we can foresee extreme heat or rain you maybe contacted and offered adjustments to your itinerary or date change options. Our top priority is to give you a great experience, without cancelations or causing you unnecessary stress.

We always choose local restaurants that use fresh local ingredients from the region we travel in. Dietary requirements can be catered for, please contact me in advance to organise a special meal.

We design tours that can be flexible or tailored to each participant. If walking and exploring is something you enjoy you’ll have plenty of opportunities get out wander around. Our 4WD van is capable of going off the beaten track, participants can enjoy all the scenic sights from the luxury of our vehicle if they choose so, keeping the day to a gentle pace and light walking only. Walking tours can be adjusted to a driving tour if needed.

Yes, you are in safe hands when travelling with take you there tours. We are a Quality Tourism accredited business partner with the WA Tourism Council. We hold a Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions Commercial Operations Licence. Our drivers hold Passenger carrier licenses and our vehicles are licensed as Passenger Transport Vehicles. We carry a public liability Certificate of Currency.

While we encourage guests to try and participate in all activities, this is completely up to the individual guest and you are welcome to enjoy your tour at your own leisure.
